How to enable a blocklist?

A blocklist contains number whose owners have opted out of receiving faxes.

Add your own CSV blocklist

Our system allows you to upload custom blocklists. You can do this by following the steps below:

1. Go to Fax > Broadcasting > Blocklists on the left menu.
2. Click on Add List and upload your chosen *.csv file with the numbers of those who do not prefer to receive faxes.

Once you have uploaded a list, you can select it under Blocklist Options when you start a new fax broadcast.

Enable available blocklists

The system also offers additional blocking features based on known bad numbers and industry blocklists. You can toggle these options when sending a fax broadcast message.
