How do I know my fax has been sent?

There are two ways to confirm whether your fax has been sent:

1. One way is to check your fax history located at Fax > Broadcasting > History in the left navigation pane. Here you will see the files you have uploaded, the faxes you have sent, and whether the delivery was “Success”, “Failed”, or “Blocked”.
2. You may also download a detailed report and rename the broadcast description for easy tracking by clicking the Gear icon.

Our system also generates a confirmation email after you send a fax to notify whether the broadcast was successful or failed. If you are not receiving confirmation emails, make sure you have added no-reply@monopond.com to your list of contacts so we don't end up in your spam folder.
