Adding Credits to your Account
Before you start
Here are some things to know before you begin this process.
- The credits in your account will pay for the subscription charges. You need to ensure that you have sufficient credits to avoid service interruptions.
- We accept all major debit and credit cards. Here’s how to add a new card.
- Payments made to add credits to your account will be in the currency set by your service provider.
Adding credits using a Credit Card
To add credits to your account using a credit card, follow these steps.
- Go to Account Settings > Billing > Make a payment.
- In the Credit Card tab, enter the amount to add to your credits, and then select the credit card to use for the payment.
- Select Make a Payment. When payment is successful, your credits will be updated with the new amount.
Adding credits using Bank Transfer
To add credits to your account using Bank Transfer, follow these steps.
- Go to Account Settings > Billing > Make a payment.
- To transfer to our bank account either through an online bank interface or an in-person branch, use the bank account details provided in the Bank Transfer tab.
Your payment will be immediately processed as soon as it is reflected in our bank account. This may take 2-3 banking days.
