Managing Account and Billing Information

Viewing Account Information

To view your account information, follow these steps.

1. Go to Account Settings > Billing > Billing Information.
2. Navigate to Account Information. This section shows an overview of your account details.

• For postpaid accounts, this section displays your Account Number, Account Type, Current Plan, Total Payables, and Due Date.
• For prepaid accounts, on the other hand, it displays your Account Number, Account Type, Current Plan, and Next Renewal Date.

Updating your Billing Information

As your billing information is reflected in the invoice, it is recommended to keep it up to date. In case of any changes in your billing address, contact details, and other important information, follow these steps.

1. Go to Account Settings > Billing > Billing Information.
2. In the Billing Information section, select Edit.
3. After updating, select Save to ensure the changes are reflected in your next invoice.
