Viewing your SMS broadcast history
Before you start
Here’s what you need to know before you begin this process.
- To broadcast SMS, your account needs to have a Sender ID. Here are the types of Sender IDs we support.
Viewing your SMS broadcast history
To view your SMS broadcast history, follow these steps.
- Go to SMS > SMS Broadcast > Broadcast History.
- Select ⚙️ of a broadcast campaign.
- Select Download Report to download the SMS broadcast report, or click View Message to view the message sent.
NOTE: The Report will be downloaded as a .csv file.
